CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Aura Wax Studio — Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy At Glow Aura Wax Studio, I truly understand that life happens—schedules change, emergencies come up, and things don’t always go as planned. I always do my best to be understanding and flexible with my clients. That said, last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows directly affect my small business and the time I’ve reserved specifically for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place: ✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Window Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price. ✨ Late Arrival Policy (7-Minute Grace Period) A 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late and I am unable to accommodate you due to back-to-back appointments, your service for the day will be canceled and a 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service will be charged. Please arrive on time so I can properly service you and provide the best experience possible. ✨ No-Show Policy Any appointment that is missed with no communication will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total services booked. ✨ Why This Policy Exists Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows prevent me from filling that time with another client who may be waiting for an opening and directly impact my business.
