CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Aura Wax Studio — Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Glow Aura Wax Studio, I truly understand that life happens, schedules change, emergencies pop up, and things don’t always go as planned. I always do my best to be understanding and flexible for my clients. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my small business and the time I set aside just for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place: ✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Window If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price. ✨ No-Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment and no communication is made: • A 100% no-show fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. ✨ Why This Policy Exists Every appointment time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows mean I’m unable to fill that spot, which impacts my business and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
